The purpose of our Lesemarathon is to encourage our students' love of reading while exploring German books and authors.
It is also an interactive and fun part of our spring fundraising campaign since the library is one of our school's valuable resources that is supported by the TCGIS Annual Fund. Reading Goals by Age
If every TCGIS student reads the minimum amount of minutes listed above as per their grade, we will reach a combined total of approx. 168,350 minutes. If every TCGIS student reads the maximum amount of minutes as listed above as per their grade, we will reach a combined total of approx. 297,360 minutes! |

Pledge DonationsTCGIS recognizes that this is a particularly challenging year for many families. Please only make pledges if it is comfortable for your situation.
We invite parents/guardians to share the opportunity to pledge donations for our young readers with family, friends, colleagues if they wish. All donations from pledges can be submitted through our TCGIS online giving form. Checks are also accepted (please identify them as Lesemarathon donations). |
